1. Who we are

Dentra is dental clinic management software, provided from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Where these terms say "we" they mean Dentra; "you" means the clinic or person using this website.

2. Using this website

You may read and share this site freely. Do not attempt to disrupt it, extract data from it by automated means, or use it to send us anything unlawful. We may change or remove pages at any time.

3. Demo requests

Sending a demo request is not a purchase and does not commit either of us to anything. We use the details only to arrange and prepare the demo. See the privacy policy. We may decline a request, and you may ask us to delete it at any time.

4. Prices

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and are an indication, not a quotation. The price that applies to your clinic is the one in your written agreement. Setup fees are one-time and cover configuration, importing your existing records, and training your team.

Features marked "Soon" are on the roadmap and are not available yet. They are included in the plan when they ship, and we do not charge separately for them. Do not buy a plan on the strength of one. Buy it for what it does today.

5. The service itself

Providing Dentra to your clinic is governed by a separate written agreement covering the plan, term, payment, support, uptime, data handling and termination. Nothing on this website replaces or overrides it.

6. Your clinic's data

Patient records entered into Dentra remain your clinic's. We store and protect them on your behalf and act on your instructions. On termination we provide an export and delete what remains. See data security.

7. What this website promises

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of a page here. Commitments about the service live in your agreement, not on a marketing page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
