What we collect, and what we don't.

Two different things are covered here: the details you give us through this website, and the patient information your clinic stores inside Dentra. They are handled very differently.

1. This website

What you give us

The only place this site collects anything is the demo request form. It asks for:

  • Your name and phone number (required)
  • Clinic name and email address (optional)
  • Roughly how many staff you have, and what you want to see (optional)
  • A preferred time for the demo (optional)

We use these to contact you about a demo and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them.

What we don't collect

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. We do not know who visits, we do not build a profile, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Where a demo request goes

Submitting the form sends your answers to us by email through Resend(Ireland region), which delivers it to our inbox. If you choose the WhatsApp option instead, the message is composed in your own WhatsApp app and sent by you. It passes through Meta's service, not ours.

We keep demo enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and up to two years afterwards, so we recognise you if you come back. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

2. The Dentra software

Your clinic is the custodian

Patient records inside Dentra belong to your clinic. Your clinic decides what is collected and why. We store and protect it on your behalf and act on your instructions. We do not decide what goes in, and we do not use it for our own purposes.

If a patient asks your clinic to see, correct or delete their record, that request goes to the clinic, and we will help you carry it out.

What the software stores

  • Patient details, medical history, allergies, treatments and appointments
  • Payments and clinic expenses
  • Documents and images your clinic uploads, such as X-rays
  • Staff accounts and an audit log of changes

Each clinic's data sits in its own database and its own storage namespace, never pooled with another clinic's. See Data security for how that works.

Who else touches it

ServiceWhat for
Cloudflare R2Storing uploaded documents and X-rays
Resend (Ireland)Sending demo requests from this website
VercelHosting this website only, no patient data

We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not use clinic or patient data to train machine-learning models.

How long it is kept

Your clinic's data stays for as long as you are a customer. Database backups are kept for 14 days. If you leave, we provide an export and then delete what remains.

3. Asking us about your data

To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, message us on WhatsApp. If you are a patient of a clinic that uses Dentra, contact the clinic first: they hold your record, and we cannot act on it without them.

4. Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects existing customers, we tell them directly rather than relying on you noticing.
